Hello From Benagil Caves, Portugal

Your local SUP instructor will guide you to some secret and hidden corners discovering the Unexpected. The duration of the experience is approximately 2 hours with a lot of stops, explore 6 to 8 caves, and storytelling included.
Benagil cave SUP tour offers you a new vision of the Algarve coastline.

No experience required for this activity, in case you can’t stand up you can also sit on top of the board, just relax and make sure you have a lot of Fun at Benagil Caves SUP Tour.

You will disembark at the Famous cave beach, and you will have time to explore the cave from the inside, take your Instagram photos, and enjoy this unique natural environment.
Bruno will also share some of his secrets on the formation of the Caves, he has high knowledge about sea life, geology, and fossil identification.

At the end of the Tour, you will receive free photos and videos of your SUP experience.

Other things to note, once at Benagil beach you will find me next to the ticket shops in front of the snack bar Benagil Beach bar.
